Shipping policy

 Currently The Touring Collective has a pick up only-policy. We apologize for this inconvenience. 

 

Due to the logistical challenge of packing and shipping a bike,  we currently only have bikes available for pick up. At The Touring Collective we pride ourselves in our quality bikes. breaking bikes down for packing and shipping would compromise our quality. 

furthermore, as we exclusively sell pre-owned bikes, we rarely have identical models in stock. This presents challenges when we would have to replace a bike damaged during transit. 

We sincerely hope you understand our decision to not ship out bikes at this time. You are more than welcome to stop by for a coffee, chat and a test ride!
