Refund policy

All sales are final.

Returns are only possible in the case of an incorrectly received product, a defective product or a product damaged by transport.

You can return your product with a shipper of your choice, with the costs being borne by the customer in the event of an incorrectly ordered product.

Every return will be handled appropriately. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the method of purchase.
